Queen of the $20 Finds

For whatever reason I seem to find larger ticket items at yard sales for $20. Like the Little Tykes plastic toy box with the blue lid for my oldest son when he was a toddler. But the best one was last summer. I found a Little Tykes Castle Swing Along Climber for $40 at a yard sale. It looked brand new. I would have even paid that for it. I stalked it as I went around that neighborhood to all the other sales. When I was getting ready to leave I stopped by that house again to find it had been marked down to $30. I offered $20 and they took it! This set has a retail price of $149.99 at Toys R Us online, and is currently on sale for $119.99. But I paid $20! The woman of the house had even told me they bought it for their daughter for Christmas but when Spring rolled around she was too big for it, so it sat in their garage, untouched. I think this is one of the best bargains I've ever found.
