Goodbye Old Friend
My poor truck was declared a total loss. We're now a one car family for the time being. We plan on taking our time to find the right vehicle and deal that's right for us and our needs. I'm sure that's a dealer's worst nightmare - car shoppers with all the time in the world.
I'm really going to miss my truck though. It had all the room I needed to run all the weekly errands in one trip, four wheel drive for the snowiest of winter days, and a Bose stereo system. It was a hell of a deal when we bought it. I'll miss her *sniff* *sniff* (picture is after it was taken apart for the estimate)

oooh how sad for you!
We lost our second car over a year ago... I'm okay with staying home most days...but some days... it totally sucks. Hubs works an hour away and we don't live on base so some days I feel like I wanna scream! Good luck in your car hunt!

My husband LOVES his truck and would be crushed if anything happened to it.
That's terrible! Hope you find another vehicle you'll like! My sister-in-law's car was hit & totaled outside of her place of employment by a hit & run driver!

Oh no! I totally know how you feel. I was sad when my Nissan got burnt in an auto fire and I had to get rid of her. :-(
